Because www.goldkeyvacations.com has built solid relationships with leading Virginia Beach hotels, Virginia Beach restaurants, and Virginia Beach attractions, we are able to pass on great savings to our Guests.
If, however, after you have purchased with goldkeyvacations.com, you find a lower price from another online retailer for the exact same vacation, email us within 2 business days of date of booking and if the lower quote is eligible, we promise not only to match the price, but BEAT IT BY 5 PERCENT!
Virginia Beach Low Price Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid only up to 48 hours from the date of booking
- Valid only for online bookings on www.goldkeyvacations.com
- Valid only for Virginia Beach hotel-inclusive packages
- Price will only be matched to a competing online travel retail package and excludes direct hotel quotes or Gold Key packages and promotions
- Package must have identical inclusions and travel components as those purchased from www.goldkeyvacations.com and be confirmed (see below)
- Virginia Beach Hotel accommodations must be the same hotel for the same date with the identical room type and category. It must also include hotel taxes and service charges.
- Packages which are discounted due to frequent flier mileage credits, coupons, and special discounts (including military and membership discounts) are disqualified.
- Customer must be able to meet the requirements of any rules that apply to the rate set forth by the online retailer
To submit your proof of a lower quote, email us at webmaster@goldkeyresorts.com and include your name, e-mail address, booking number, company name, URL, phone number, and each component with the price and travel date. Your request will be reviewed within 72 hours and you will be contacted via email.
Upon our verification of the lower online rate, Gold Key Resorts will refund the difference plus 5% to the credit card you used to book your vacation package within 7-10 business days.
Gold Key Resorts reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which incomplete information has been provided. Gold Key Resorts will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Low Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by online retailer or any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials.
Void where prohibited by law. Gold Key Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the www.goldkeyvacations.com website. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Price Guarantee and the Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the www.goldkeyvacations.com website.
