States residing in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee and the District of Columbia. Only ONE (1) entry per family,
duplicates discarded. By completing this form or registering online, I authorize Gold Key Resorts to contract me by telephone, or email for purposes of winning
notification, entry verification and to offer an invitation to a tour and sales presentation at on of its affiliated resorts, even though I may be on a Do Not Call list.
No staff member of Professional Hospitality Resources (PHR), Vacation Rentals (VRLLC) or Gold Key Resorts (GKR), their partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each
of their respective officers, directors, partners, agents and employees including their immediate families (spouse, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses)
and those living in their households or entities associated with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to persons affiliated with PHR/VRLLC/GKR not eligible to
participate, win, or use the prizes.
HOW TO ENTER: For a chance to win visitors can enter the sweepstakes by filling out an entry form at hotels, various retail outlets, at consumer trade shows, and
at www.goldkeyvacations.com. Limit one entry per person/email address. All entries must be received before midnight Eastern Standard Time on December 31, 2008.
PHR/VRLLC/GKR is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes, for
any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software,
inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled,
misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail or entries not received by deadline for whatever reason. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries
become the property of PHR/VRLLC/GKR and will not be returned. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted; and further cannot be played where
commercially-sponsored sweepstakes or promotions such as this Sweepstakes are prohibited, restricted or subject to licensing or registration (except in the United States)
by any national, state, local or other political division or subdivision.
PRIZES: Grand Prize: $25,000 US DOLLARS. First Prize: Certificate for a 3 day/2 night Oceanfront Vacation for up to 4 people in Virginia Beach (some blackout dates and
restrictions apply). Odds of winning depends on number of eligible entries timely received. Void where prohibited by law.
AWARD NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or before January 31, 2009, by Gold Key Resorts (whose decisions are final
and binding in all respects relative to this Sweepstakes) from among eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by registered mail within 10 days of
the random drawing. Acceptance of the $25,000 Gold Key Vacations Cash Giveaway constitutes permission to the sponsor to use winner’s name and/or likeness for the
purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Any award not
claimed within 30 days after notice to recipient may be forfeited. The winner of the sweepstakes will be available during the month of January 2009 by sending a
